Using video to showcase the tallest property in Manchester
Deansgate Square is a skyscraper cluster on the southern edge of Manchester City Centre, consisting of four towers, the tallest of which is 201 metres. The site is just south of Deansgate railway station and north of the Mancunian Way, bounded by Deansgate, Owen Street and the River Medlock

Renaker wanted to showcase the amazing amenities Deansgate Sqaure has to offer so the prospective buyers can see the perks of living in such a luxury apartment.
The Result
The Shoot Business team produced a video which utilised actors demonstrating each area of the development. The final video was a lifestyle video that worked across social media and their website.
