Using the term ‘purposeful leadership’ to depict and bring together those organisations who have a strong reason, driver or passion for designing and delivering their business in the way that they do.
This Conference very much follows the theme developed by Simon Sinek in his book (and TED Talk) ‘Start with Why’. We will look to leaders with a strong sense of ‘why’ to talk to us about their drivers, and how their businesses operate differently.
